Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment hub, using tracked express carriers.

• Domestic orders: 2–5 business days
• International orders: 5–12 business days
• Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150
• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.

Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are only returnable if the outer seal is intact:

• Perfumes and fragrances
• Beauty and skincare products
• Personal-use electronics (earphones, etc.)
• Vape devices and pods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email Matatanstore68@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
